Jenny CavaNagh
OWNER - CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER - SPARTAN COACH
Never an active child, Jen hit her peak at 200 pounds at only 14. It wasn't until after high school when she became an EMT working in Boston she discovered the gym. Being able to jog for only 30 seconds before gasping for breath she knew she had to do something. With massive dedication and time she pushed herself like never before and truly learned what exercise could do for someone. Her achievement: 70 pounds of fat loss and 15 pounds of muscle.
At age 22 Jen received her Certified Personal Trainer's license from the nationally accredited American Council of Fitness (ACE). In 2014, after 7 years of being an EMT she put down the stethoscope and started her own business in hopes of providing everyone with the knowledge and motivation they need to reach their own goals Jen is always training for something different, whether it be a ultra-marathon or an obstacle race. She loves trying out new ways to challenge herself and share her journey with her clients and anyone else who is looking to push themselves. |

DEREK CONWAY
YOUTH/ ADULT NINJA COACH
Derek began his ninja journey 7 years ago as a way to show his daughter how hard work can pay off if you keep trying.
His training led him to try out for the show and he got the chance to compete in Season 9; Cleveland. He didn't get the call back from the show the following year so he hopped in the walk on line with Dave where he waited for over 20 days but unfortunately did not get the chance to compete. Although he hasn't made it back on the show Derek doesn't let it stop him- he continues to train harder than ever and conquer obstacles in the gym and in life. Derek is now our head youth coach and manager. You can find him in any of our 8 week ninja programs, ninja team classes and weekday open gyms. |
