NINJA TOTS
Our Ninja Tots (3-5 year olds) class is designed to introduce the world of ninja; hanging, jumping, climbing, swinging and balancing to preschool ninjas while building on the fundamentals of being a ninja. During each class the instructors will work balance, fine motor control, coordination, strength, and important social skills as well as get some energy out with fun obstacle courses.
Parents are encouraged to stay and watch. The last 10-15 minutes of each class is dedicated to "Free Play" time, where you are invited to come out with your child as they practice the obstacles and show off their new strengths. Instructors will hang around to help you and your child enjoy the all the skills they've learned and explore the space in a safe environment.

Your little ninja will learn balance, fine motor control, coordination, strength, and safety. Each week new skills are learned to build strength, control and confidence to conquer obstacles from the show American Ninja Warrior. Obstacles learned include floating steps, laches (flying trapeze), jumping spider, cannonballs, 8 foot warped wall, rope climbs, and more!

At this age your child has learned fine motor skills and has learned exercise in gym class or another sport. Our goal for our 9-12 year olds is to build on their strengths into learning techniques used not just on our obstacles but for everyday life or their other favorite sport. We will emphasize core strength, upper body strengths, and learn techniques how to conquer any obstacle course we put in their way. Obstacles learned include floating steps, laches (flying trapeze), 10 foot warped wall, monkey bars, swinging obstacles, balance obstacles, rope climbs and more!

Our goal for our homeschool ninja class is to follow our Level 1 curriculum; we emphasize core strength, upper body strengths, parkour skills and learn techniques how to conquer any obstacle course we put in their way. Obstacles learned include floating steps, 8-10 foot warped wall, laches, monkey bars, swinging obstacles, balance obstacles, rope climbs and more! This class is for 8-12 year olds.

Our ninjas who have shown the physical and mental ability to begin this level will learn more technical obstacles, how to mature in their own strengths and how to be a teammate to others. To join Level 2 all ninjas must show good attendance and attitude, an understanding of the obstacles and techniques taught in Level 1, and physical aptitude to take on the added challenge.
Level 2 ninjas will learn how to put their skills and confidence to use while on a course and begin preparing for competitions.

CLASSES MEET TUESDAYS 9-12 yr old 3:30 - 4:30pm 6-8 year old 4:45 - 5:45pm
Level 3 Ninjas are those who have advanced from Level 1, Level 2, and who fit the fitness demands of the Team but cannot meet the commitment demands of the Team. In this program the ninjas are trained like our team; strength training, obstacle conditioning, skills, obstacle technique and team building but are not required to compete.

Teenager Ninja Warrior is a class for 13-17 year olds. In this class we work on the overall strength you need to complete obstacles, learn new obstacles or techniques weekly and offer an environment for any teenager to enjoy working out. We offer an 8 week program or for those who want to try it out first-a drop in option.

There are two ways to register: Sign up with the 8 week program that includes classes and an open gym membership during the 8 weeks to come in and continue working on obstacles. Sign up for a one-time class with the drop-in option.
NINJA TEAMS (6-17): VARSITY NENA TEAM JUNIOR VARSITY TEAM
Our Ninja Teams are made out of 6-17 year olds who have completed our Level 1 and Level 2 program and have passed the tests with each Level. Our team has shown not only athleticism and mental ability, but love of the sport, dedication and great teammate skills. Tryouts for teams occur in the Summer months.
