Sauna and cold plunge are both great tools for recovery and overall health. Saunas improve cardiovascular health and flush out toxins from the body while cold plunges reduce muscle soreness and inflammation. Using the two together can have a powerful impact on your physical and mental health.
Join us for our second sauna and cold plunge event with a wonderfully authentic mobile wood-fired sauna, cold plunge baths, tea and a smokeless firepit. For our event we'll have 6 slots per hour with ladies only slots, men only slots and mixed. Staycations are still vacations, right? Let your kiddo get some energy out with us for a single, two or three days of ninja camp.
Camp is in session April 16, 17 and 18th for AM (830-1130), PM (12-3) or Full Day(830-3) options. If you’re a member with us remember to register as a member for a discounted rate. |
Every Friday we open the Adult Obstacle Area
for anyone to try out the obstacles. That means if you’ve ever wanted to try the big obstacles, here’s your chance! There are a few rules to keep everyone safe and able to enjoy the gym together:-The fitness area is still off limits -Climbing the trusses to get to high obstacles is not allowed -A parent/guardian presence is required to ensure safety -Please be respectful of adults and other kids also in the area |
A WHOLE NIGHT OF NINJA?! They say they can handle it.. but can they? On July 13-14th they get to finally see.
Join us for either a Parents' Night Out (ends at 9:30p) or a Ninja Sleepover for a whole night of courses, video games on the big screen, obstacles and more. Breakdown: 6-7p Drop off and open gym 7-7:30p Pizza party 7:30-8p Games 8-9p Open gym 9-9:30p Games and Parent Night Out pickups 9:30p A night full of games, challenges and video games on the big screen 8a Wake up and breakfast 8:30a Pickups Snacks will include individual bags of chips, popcorn, juice, water and candy. Dinner will be cheese or pepperoni pizza. Breakfast in the AM will be munchkins, muffins and fruit. Parents' Night Out is open to anyone 6+ but the Sleepover is open to just members 8+ |
